A functional space providing direct access to Pavilion 2 (Rio). This lobby may be used for a broad range of purposes.

The entry is located on the south side of the Lisbon Congress Center. This lobby is physically connected to the Pavilhão do Rio and is equipped with a WC and cloakroom.

Electrical power, telecommunications, and RF video signal are supplied from within the pillars. It is equipped with ambient sounds and a PA system, as well as a WC and cloakroom. It also has an automatic payment machine for the car park of the  Praça das Indústrias.

In addition to lending support to Pavilhão do Rio, it is also connected to Foyer B.
